The Calcasieu Parish Sherriff’s Office (CPSO) in Louisiana received a call from a local nursing home last June. The call was to report that a man, who was not a resident, would stand outside on grounds of the nursing home and bang on the glass doors. After getting the attention of several people inside, he would then expose and touch himself in front of staff and residents. Similar incidents occurred several times.
Last week, detectives with the CPSO Vice Division conducted a stake out of the nursing home. They observed a man, later identified as Alexander Williams, ride a bicycle onto the property, approach a glass door and begin exposing himself.
Williams fled on foot, but was quickly apprehended. When questioned by detectives, Williams confirmed to going to the nursing home on numerous occasions over the prior three months and exposing himself through the glass doors.
Williams has been booked and charged with 3 counts of obscenity, 3 counts of criminal trespassing, and one count of resisting an officer.
