Man Sues New York Nursing Home after Finding Photo of Male Stripper Dancing For His Elderly Mother.

Franklin Youngblood has filed suit against the nursing home where his mother was a resident after finding a photograph depicting a male stripper dancing for his elderly mother who has dementia.

The photograph was allegedly taken during a 2012 performance which the nursing home’s attorney has stated was requested by the nursing home residents.  The attorney for the nursing home also stated that it was the girlfriend of one of the elderly woman’s sons who took her to this performance and not the nursing home staff.

Youngblood claims that his mother participated in the stripper’s performance against her will and that when he demanded an explanation, a nurse attempted to take the photo from his hands.  Youngblood’s attorney, John Ray, stated that the nursing home subjected Youngblood’s mother to “disgraceful sexual perversion.”
